What to Expect During Your Service Visit

Check-In Process

  • Meet with your service advisor.
  • Your service advisor will make sure your address, phone number and email is correct on file.
  • Your service advisor will go over your service concerns and requests.
  • You will sign your work order authorizing us to pull your vehicle in and diagnose it.
  • Your service advisor will help with alternate transportation. We offer shuttle service and loaners as a first come, first served basis.

During your visit

During Your Visit

  • Your vehicle will be pulled into the next available bay by a certified Maserati or Alfa Romeo technician.
  • Your diagnosis will be addressed as well as a complimentary multi-point inspection.
  • Video multi-point inspection will be sent to your phone or email (includes QR code to opt-in).
  • You will get a phone call or text from your advisor with updates regarding your diagnosis and they will go over your multi-point inspection with you.
  • Let us know what you would like performed on your vehicle and allow the certified technician to complete your approvals.
  • Once the vehicle is repaired, your technician will quality control your vehicle. That entails a test drive to verify repairs.
  • Your vehicle will be taken to cleanup for an exterior wash and vacuumed floorboards.

Pick Up

  • You will get a phone call from your service advisor when your vehicle is ready.
  • They will go over what your service was and your totals.
  • You will be sent a Text2Drive payment link to prepay prior to coming to the dealership. This is a quick and secure way to pay for your repair order and streamline your pick-up process.
  • Your advisor will have your vehicle pulled up in the front of our service department.

  • You will receive a Text2Drive follow-up from your Service Advisor
  • Depending on your brand, you could also potentially receive an email survey from them
  • If by any means you do not feel like your service was met to your satisfaction and you don't feel as if we are deserving of 10s and Yeses, please let us know
