Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2019 Maserati Levante has seven different trim levels to choose from: base, GranLusso, GranSport, S, Grandlusso S/GrandSport S, GTS, and Trofeo. As expected for such a luxurious brand, even the base model is exceptionally well endowed with both internal and external features. On the outside, 19-inch alloy wheels or active LED headlights make the Levante look great even in its most basic form. Higher trims offer additional exterior options, such as larger wheels that can come in seven different designs, a panoramic sunroof, chrome trims on the front fascia and trunk, or multicolored brake calipers. There are also special packages, like the Nerissimo Package that makes the grille, side mirrors, skid plates, roof rails, and body molding all black.
Engine (Power)
The new Levante has two V-6 and two V-8 available engines for the 2019 generation. The base twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 produces a highly respectable 345 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque, while the upgraded V-6 on the Levante S trim produces a higher output of 424 horsepower. The new additions to Levante's engine lineup are the very powerful V-8 engines. The 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-8 on the GTS trim produces 550 horsepower, while the top Trofeo trim benefits from a slightly improved version of the same engine, taking the power output to 590 horsepower and 538 pound-feet of torque.
Performance
The 2019 Maserati Levante has excellent performance for its size and even compared to smaller cars. The base engine will have the vehicle reach 60 miles per hour from a standstill in only 5.8 seconds, a time that rivals most sedans. The top V-8 engine reaches the same speed in an amazing time of 3.7 seconds, while also having a top speed of 189 miles per hour. Only a few years ago, such performance numbers for an SUV were unimaginable.
Interior
As you would expect from a top luxury brand, the 2019 Maserati Levante's interior is beautifully designed and only top quality materials were used. The combination of leather, silk, and wood make everything not only look amazing but also very soft to touch. Technology-wise, the Italian manufacturer keeps up with the times, offering multiple connectivity options, such as Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, as well as a powerful sound system.

A high-end vehicle is not only defined by looks, power, and performance, but also by its safety standards and features. The 2019 Levante is a great example of that and it's packed with technology that both minimizes the chances of an accident, and also keeps the passengers as safe as possible in case an unfortunate collision does occur.
